Our Story
IHB's founding in early 2017 was driven by the 2016 election outcomes and the deep belief that the actions of regular citizens offer the greatest protection for our democracy. We have grown from 20 neighbors gathered in a Highlands living room to a force of over 1,300 community members across New Castle County.
We work year-round on a range of goals in support of our community and mission.
